Returns & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your order, have received faulty merchandise or need to make an exchange, contact info@demekmode.com with your order number in the subject.

We can can only offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.  We offer FREE returns/exchanges, simply email us for a prepaid return shipping label. 

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags in tact. 

We reserve the right to cancel orders in which case a full refund will be issued.
