Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS

At this time all domestic orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service. Please follow your tracking number for updates with tracking. If there is an issue with your delivery please follow up directly with the USPS with your tracking number.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently offer international shipping via UPS. Additional duties and taxes may occur depending on the region in which you live. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties.

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

If you need your item express shipped, please contact info@demekmode.com before placing your order. All express shipments are sent via FEDEX and any additional charges will be sent via Shopify invoice or Paypal.
